You may send a preliminary written complaint by email or facsimile.

The final complaint must be an original document containing your signature and postal address. It must identify the psychologist/s about whom you are complaining and the issues or events which give rise to your concern. You may wish to attach a hard copy of the relevent blog/s. These should be sufficient to identify the parties concerned, even where they remain unnamed.

It should be posted to:

The Registrar,
Psychologists Board of Western Australia
PO Box 263
West Perth, WA 6872, Australia

Detailed information on how to make a complaint can be obtained here.

Curiously, the documents which you will need to quote from are not directly available on this site. They are not easily available to the psychologists who are ruled by them either, especially if they are not members of the Australian Psychological Society.

You will find the Australian Psychological Society (2007) Code of Ethics here.

The WA Psychologist’s Act, 2007 is difficult to obtain, especially if you are not a resident of that State or Country. Here are the relevant sections.
